The Eternal Sabbath

The Mystery of the Sabbath

The Mystery of the Sabbath is that it is eternal. The Sabbath is eternal and as such, predates the Law and, was observed by the fathers before Moses and, is still observed by God and the heavenly host and, is a prefigurement of the eternal heavenly Sabbath ; this is the time we taste the sweetness of God by the Holy Ghost. There shall not be found among you any one that make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that uses divination, or an observer of times, an enchanter, a witch, a charmer, a consulter with familiar spirits, r a wizard, a necromancer; for all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord. (Deu 18:10-13). Yet, the Apostles said: "how turn ye again to the weak, beggarly and bondage elements; Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labor in vain. (Gal 4:9-11). Now is the apostles placing the Sabbath in the same category as observer of times, enchantment, witchcraft, charmer, consultation with demon spirits, wizardry, or necromancy? Absolutely not, but the lying prophets will ready tell you that observing the Sabbath is tantamount to witchcraft; where as if the truth be told, Sunday worship to the exclusion of Sabbath observerance is: 'observer of times, enchantment, witchcraft, charmer, consultation with demon spirits, wizardry and, necromancy. Failure to glorify Christ, on God's Holy Sabbaths is to be involved in an abomination. A blessing is on every house where the Sabbath is observed!

Joel said: "Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly". The first truth we hear about the Sabbath is recorded in Genesis 2:1-3; you these words written there: "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made". The Lord Jesus Christ, by definition, stills observes the Sabbath; for he is still the ‘Son of God”. He is still the speech of God. He still fulfills all righteousness. He is still the embodiment of the perfect will of God. If the deity kept the Sabbath in creation, when did he stop? He never ceased to observe the Sabbath, because the Sabbath is indicative of his divine plan of salvation. The Sabbath is in eternity and, predates the Law by more than 2000 years; was observed by the fathers before Moses and, is still observed by God and the heavenly host and, prefigures the eternal heavenly Sabbath which we taste in the Holy Ghost every Sabbath.

The people of Israel were commanded to observe the Sabbath, before the giving of the Law. Moses had knowledge of the Sabbath before he went to Mt. Sinai. Moses said that God said that the fathers (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) observed the Sabbath. The Law was not give until Exodus chapter 20; yet in Exodus chapter 16 Moses said: “the Lord said, seventh day is the rest of the holy Sabbath unto the Lord. To day is a Sabbath unto the Lord: the seventh day, is the Sabbath. The Lord hath given you the Sabbath, therefore, Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. The seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God, for He rested on the seventh day and blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. You shall, therefore, keep the Sabbath, for it is holy unto you; and every one that defiles it shall surely be put to death. You must keep the Sabbath, to observe the it throughout your life time, for a perpetual covenant, as an holy convocation. Therefore, everybody, who claims inheritance in Abraham seed is obligated, commanded and enjoined to observe the Sabbath. Every man woman and child on the face on the earth are obliged to observe to the Sabbath, if they look to God for salvation, (Exo 16:23, 25, 26, 29; 20:8, 10, 11; 31:14, 15, 16; Lev 23:3).

All who look to God for deliverance, must set themselves in order before the Lord every Sabbath , continually, for an everlasting covenant. Everyone, must know how to behave themselves in the house of God. The Lord our God hath commanded everyone, to present themselves sanctified unto him every Sabbath. The Sabbath is Holy and all must present themselves Holy unto God on the seventh day. Everybody, must cleanse themselves, to adore the presence of God with sanctification, on his Holy Sabbath. Present yourself, as sanctified unto the Lord. Stir up your memory about the power of God to deliver from sin and every evil thing. Stir up your mind, by mediating on the power, glory and Holiness of God. Mediate on how God brought you out of sin with a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm. Mediate upon why God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day. On the Sabbath day, be keepers of the watch in the king's house. On the Sabbath, watch the King as he enters the house. As the King, enters the house, be sure to have your sacrifice prepared . Be sure that you no evil on the seventh day to profane the Sabbath. For those that profane the Sabbath, bring evil upon themselves; for God bring his wrath those that profane the Sabbath. Be mindful, that, the angels testify against those that profane the Sabbath, (Lev 24:8;Deu 5:12, 14, 15; 2Ki 11:5; 16:18; 1Ch 9:32; Neh 13:17, 18, 21, 22).

Blessed is the man that lays hold on the Sabbath to keep from polluting it. Blessed is the man that keeps his hand from doing evil on the Sabbath. Blessed is everyone (Jew or Gentile), that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be his servants. Blessed is everyone (Jew or Gentile), that keep the Sabbath from polluting it. Blessed is everyone (Jew or Gentile) that takes hold of my covenant. Blessed is everyone (Jew or Gentile), that keeps his foot still on the Sabbath. Blessed is everyone (Jew or Gentile), that cease from his or her own pleasure this my holy day. Blessed is everyone (Jew or Gentile), that call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honorable. The man is blessed that honors God. The man is blessed that does not do his own thing; find his own pleasure or speak his own words on God’s Holy day, (Isa 56:2, 6; 58:13; 66:23).

The Lord said: “ Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem. Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the Sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers. We must diligently hearken unto the Lord, to bare no burden on the Sabbath day. We must diligently hearken unto the Lord, to hallow the Sabbath day. Failure, to hearken unto the Lord to hallow the Sabbath day, will I kindle a fire in your gate, that shall devour your palaces, and it shall not be quenched. The door in heaven is opened on the Sabbath, for that you can bring your sacrifices, without blemish. The door in heaven is opened on the Sabbath by God to receive your sacrifice at your hand. And your sacrifice must be without blemish. Everybody is to prepare a voluntarily offering, without blemish, on the Sabbath day. (Jer 17:21, 22, 24, 27; Eze 46:1, 4, 12).

No earthly human being is to persuade you not to observe the Sabbath. No a pastor, a priest, a church body or denomination. Absolutely no one, even the culture norm or group pressure must persuade you to bring down upon your head the wrath of God. We have to ask ourselves: “is it better to obey God or men?” We have to ask ourselves: “do I want to be blessed by God or men?” We have to ask ourselves: “who can kill or bless the soul , God or men?”. We must know absolutely, that Jesus Christ, is the God of the Sabbath. Man is not Lord of the Sabbath. Jesus Christ is God of the Sabbath. And Jesus Christ taught the apostles to do good on the Sabbath. The Lord Jesus Christ, taught the apostles to teach that we do no evil on the Sabbath. Who is that devil that will blaspheme and tell you to do evil on the Sabbath. Who is that devil that would exhort you not to observe the Sabbath? Call that devil’s name out to God on the Sabbath and God will avenge you of the evil.

For Jesus, said, as woman is made for man, so the Sabbath was made for man. Wherefore, if it is evil to marry, then it’s evil to observe the Sabbath. But, let every man know that marriage is honorable and the bed is undefiled, wherefore, Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath. It is lawful to heal, worship, do missionary work, sacrifice your body, time. Resources, and praise unto Christ. It is unlawful to do evil on the Sabbath. It is unlawful to be ashamed to observe the Sabbath. It is unlawful to worship with those who blaspheme the Sabbath. It is unlawful to observes the Sabbath without faith of Jesus Christ. It is unlawful , to approach the Sabbath with un confessed and un-repented sin in your life, (Mar 2:27, 28; 3:4).

On the Sabbath, the King has opened unto you the door in heaven to do you good, all the days of your life. When Jesus walk about on the Sabbath to do good, will he find you set in order before him. Adam hid himself, what will you do?

The divine plan of salvation awards peace and tranquility to the body of Christ. The Book of Hebrews says: Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his Sabbath; for we which have believed do enter into Sabbath. He swore that the unbeliever would not enter, into his Sabbath, although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. It is written that God observed Sabbath from all his works. Therefore, is a Sabbath for the saints of God. Not just figuratively, but literally. The Jews, as a people, were never was able to observed Sabbath, for faith in Christ was shut up to them. Sabbath observance can only truly be observed by faith in the presence of Christ the risen Lord. For Moses and Joshua could not give them Sabbath ; for Sabbath is reserved for God’s manifestation in Christ. Without the pure worship of Christ on the Sabbath; Sabbath cannot be observed, because God has sanctified it. Therefore, all who would observed the Sabbath must worship Christ by faith in sanctification. There remains therefore a Sabbath to the people of God. For he that is entered into his Sabbath, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labor therefore to enter into that Sabbath, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. (Heb 4:1-16).

Here we hear that it was on account of his 'Sabbath/rest' that Christ sanctified the Sabbath. The joy of Christ was so immense and satisfying that His joy blessed and sanctified the sabbath. The Joy of Christ is what made the Sabbath Holy. Christ created the Sabbath; then He rejoiced; then He sanctified the Sabbath. The Sabbath was made Holy subsequent to Christ's gladness. The Maker created. The Maker was glad. The Maker Blessed the Sabbath. The Sabbath is blessed above all others days because the Maker rejoiced on the Sabbath and blessed it. This divine truth, is the teaching model to penetrate deeply into the mystery of the Sabbath. The Sabbath is for Christ, a time of joyous delight. It is a time set aside by the Maker to rejoice in and take delight in the work of his hand. The scripture said: Christ rejoiced because he had finished his work.

Moreover, and more importantly, is the joy that burst within Christ when he finished his work of redemption. It is not on vain that the scripture said: "worthy is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world". The scripture said: "The work of Christ was finished from the foundation of the world". The scripture said: "from the foundation of the earth, Christ rejoiced in his work of redemption". It was this joy which Christ saw and remembered when hanging on the cross; for it is written: " the joy that was set before him enabled him to endure the cross, despising the shame, and see himself sitting on the throne of the Majesty on high".

Christ's Joyous Sabbath

It was on the Sabbath; the day of his resurrection, that Christ rejoiced to hear these words: "You are my Son, today I have begotten you". The resurrection of Christ out of death on the Sabbath, was a joyous event, for it culminated his redemptive work. The Sabbath is indigenous to Christ 's ministry; for it speaks about a glad and joyous delight; a glad and joyous delight which Christ desires for all of creation, but which only made available in thee sabbath worship of Death and Resurrection. Christ, our Lord did good on the Sabbath; for it was lawful for to heal and give joy on the sabbath; for the giving of salvation to earnest souls is a "Christ Delight". The Sabbath is made for man to worship the Lord Jesus Christ as the only true and living God. It is made and dedicated solely as holy worship unto the Lord. Christ made the Sabbath to make himself available to you for all your spiritual and natural need. Therefore, that which Christ has provided you will not find at any other time. The Sabbath was made for man. Just as woman is made for man. Now, man can not do without the woman and the woman can not do without the man. Life is abundant for then when they join themselves together in marriage.

Those who are rebellious against the Sabbath, will remain unfulfilled, alone and lonely. Your loneliness, sickness and disease will remain on you. Many are suffering more than they need to suffer. Many are spending their money for doctor bills. Many are laying awake at night and cannot sleep. Many are trying to prevent death from snatching them in the middle of the night. But it is all, to no avail. Why, because you refuse that which God has given to you for your spiritual and natural prosperity. More importantly, it is your duty to worship at this time, God's Christ. It is the duty of earth dwellers to worship Christ on the Sabbath. Why? Because Christ has abundantly provided for all our need; and Sabbath observance is how we acknowledge him. We acknowledge him with our faithful obedience. This is the time that God has blessed and hallowed. Who is that devil that will teach you to disobey? Tell God the name of the devil that instructs you in unrighteousness, and God will avenge you! Every one that defiles it shall surely be put to death. They shall surely, but slowly suffer a miserable life.

Every Sabbath you are commanded to set yourself in order before the Lord. The Sabbath is meat for you. Keep the Sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord your God has commanded you. You who do this are blessed. You that lay hold on the Sabbath is blessed. You are blessed that keep the Sabbath from polluting it. You are blessed that keep your hand from doing any evil. Everyone who loves the name of the Lord, to be his servants, shall keep the Sabbath from polluting it.

If you would be truly blessed in your work; then place your feet in sanctification in apostolic worship, on the Sabbath. If you would be truly blessed in your work; stop doing your pleasure on God's holy day. Call the Sabbath a delight. Call the Sabbath, the holy of the Lord and honorable. Honor Christ, by not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, or speaking your own words. Give heed to the apostle's doctrine to hallow the Sabbath day. Failure to do so will , kindle fire in your home, and shall devour all your pleasant places, and it shall not be quenched.

The Lord Jesus Christ is Lord of the Sabbath day, therefore you must submit and worship him with an obedient heart. Jesus taught the apostles saying: "It is lawful to do good on the Sabbath". Man has no authority in the Sabbath. Six days, God gave man. The Sabbath, God made for himself, to receive worship and adoration; and to heal the people of all their afflictions. You want healing, then come to Christ in this doctrine for all you natural and spiritual need. Jesus rose from the dead on the Sabbath. I am aware that you were taught that Christ rose on Sunday. This is a misconception, to put it mildly. According to the feast in place at that time; it was eight from Passover to the end of the feast of un leaven bread. Christ, according to Daniel, was put to death in the middle of the week, (Wednesday). From wednesday to Sabbath is three days and three nights, taking in account that Christ was placed in the tomb before the onset of the feast of un leaven bread 0 ( a special sabbath, but not the weekly sabbath) means that Christ spend exactly 72 hours in the grave and rose just before the end of the weekly. Sabbath. lie.Her ascended into heaven on the Sabbath. John got his revelations on the Sabbath. The voice of God walks on the Sabbath, to instill fruitful obedience our faith.

The apostles remembered that, It was Jesus' custom to teach and heal on the Sabbath. The apostles remembered that every Sabbath Jesus went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed. The Lord Jesus Christ is still doing business on the Sabbath, in apostolic congregations. The Jews sought judge Jesus and disciples concerning his Sabbath views. Jesus said: you Jews cannot me concerning the Sabbath; for who made you a judge of the Law. If you are a judge of the Law you are not a doer. No man can forbid you to observe the Sabbath. No man can judge you concerning the Sabbath; because the word of God said: Remember the Sabbath to keep it Holy.

A person would have to be quite ignorant indeed, to stand up and tell the people of God: "The Sabbath is under the Law"; therefore, you are cursed if you observe the Sabbath". Only an idiot would utter such a blasphemous statement. Was God cursed? Was Abraham, Isaac and Israel cursed. Were all the old testament saints cursed? When Christ observed the Sabbath, was he cursed? Was all the apostles Cursed? Was the first apostolic Church cursed? No! No! Only the false and lying prophets are cursed and those who find delight in their devilish doctrines. You that refuse to observe the Sabbath are condemned all ready; for sin is the transgression of the Ten Commandments. You transgress the ten commandments, and then come and stand before Christ and say: "Lord bless me". The Lord says I bless you not; if you would be blessed keep the commandments and then come pick up your cross and follow me. This is want Jesus told the rich young ruler.

The church is built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets. Moses and Elijah were with Christ on the Mt of transfiguration, paying homage to Christ; and testifying that their ministry was prophetic of Christ. Who then is that person, who would seek salvation, by stepping outside the canon of prophetic scripture. How then shall you be saved, if you fail to mix the commandment with faith. This word of faith writes the law in your heart, in your spirit, yes even in your soul. The apostles remembered that Jesus taught them to teach obedience to all the ten commandments so as to be fully and completely rooted in the apostolic doctrine. It is unlawful to evil on the Sabbath. It is unlawful to attend a worship fellowship that disregards the Sabbath in the apostolic doctrine.

Just as adultery, murder, theft, parental disobedience, covetousness, and lying are unlawful. So is it unlawful to pollute the Sabbath. Those that disobey will meet God's avenging angel in the way. The avenging angel will meet you when you least expect it; and in this life time punish you for all your transgressions against the ten Commandment. God has ordained his angels to rule life on this planet. His angels rule Satan and demons. The angels of God administer judgment in this life for transgressions against the ten Commandments. Many lives are in turmoil, simply because they are still in a state of sin. Many are serious about Christ, but have been taught by the dumb dog to withstand the angels of God. But I hear the scripture saying: " the word which was spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward". These angels are yet punishing disobedience. When you turn to Christ in the apostle's doctrine you truly come to a Holy city, that New Jerusalem.

Since then every saint in the entire Bible observed the Sabbath. All the saints in both canons (Old and New testament) remembered the Sabbath to keep it holy. All sacred scripture was written by Sabbath adherents. From the beginning of time God, the angels in heaven and the saints on the earth kept it Holy. The Sabbath is a delight for the Godhead; for the angels and for the church of God; for it is prophetic of Christ and his bride the Church.
