The Law In Zion
The oracles of God is the Ten commandments given by God to the angels to deliver to Moses; an oracle is a word uttered to give advice, to communicate counsel, commandment, decree, duty, judgment, promise, provision, purpose, reason, report, request, saying, sentence, sign, speech, spoken, talk, thought: The innermost revealed thoughts of God, is enshrined in an oracle.
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. The Ten Commandments is entrusted to angels. Angels are the the apostles (messengers) of the Ten Commandments. It is their duty to administer blessing and curses for obedience and disobedence respectively. They are ministering spirits, sent to minister for them who are heirs of salvation. The Ten Commandments spoken by angels is stedfast, and they mete out to every transgressor and disobedient, punishment commensurate with the sin. The vengence of Angels for transgression against the Ten Commandments is inescapable. If one should violate the Sabbath, but does not commit adiltery; sh/e is still a transgressor and is justly punished by the angels. The angels are here to help; it just so happen that due to sin, a great deal of judgment is executed. Isaiah 2:3
The Ten Commandments are by the disposition/ arrangement, and ordinance of angels; and sin is the transgression of the Ten Commandments; and the payment for such transgression is death. The angels of God, as evident in both Daniel and Revelations, are given over to executing judgment for disobedience and blessing for obedience. Even if one should keep the whole commandment and offend in one point sh/e is guilty of all. Jesus, taught the apostles that he did not come to do away with the Ten Commandments, but give life to them. He came to make the Commandments a living reality in the soul of the church. Jesus, taught the apostles, that the Ten Commandments will remain entrusted to angels until heaven and earth passes away; and not one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Jesus, taught the apostles, that whosoever shall break even one of commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall not be called in the kingdom of heaven. Only those who do and teach them, shall be called in the kingdom of heaven; for our righteousness must exceed the righteousness of false prophets and prophetesses, and the harlot church. Surely, even we shall not enter the kingdom of heaven, if we like them are unbelieving and disobedent, (Mat 5:17-20; Act 7:53).
Your righteousness can exceed that of the "harlot church and it ministers" by keeping all the Ten Commamdments, even as you perfect the faith of Jesus Christ. Some are content to do everything except observe the Sabbath. Some are content to observe the Sabbath, but violate other provisions of the Ten Commandments. But, except your righteousness exceed the that of the false prophet and prophetess, you shall in no wise be saved. Some are baptized and receive the Holy Spirit and refuse to obey the commandments. To wit the angels afflict them sickness, disease and even death. Many suffer more than their due portion because of disobedience. The false prophet and prophetess, have convinced many that "faith only with out works" is sufficient for salvation. They say, you need to believe in Jesus only. You do not need to observe the Sabbath; abstain from adultery or obey your parents. The apostles teach: "The Faith of Jesus Christ, without keeping the commandments is dead". The Faith of Christ is made perfect by keeping the commandments. Now we are not justified by keeping the commandments. We are justified by the faith of Jesus Christ; and the faith of Jesus Christ is a commamdment keeping faith. We know this because Jesus and his apostles observed the Ten Commandments. All the saints were obedient to the disposition of angels. (Heb 2:2; Ja. 2:10 )
The Ten Commandments as the oracle God is ordained to life. It is spiritual. It is Holy, just and good. The Ten Commandments is the form of knowledge and truth; instructions of which will make one wise unto salvation. It makes known God’s will and show those things which are excellent and approved of by God. It declares the righteousness of God. It gives the knowledge of sin. It is God’s answer spoken by angels to prepare the world for the crucified and risen Christ. It is God’s requirement for the good life: for joy, peace, happiness, success and prosperity in this world. All who would live a life of happiness: a life of joy, peace and prosperity must have be properly educated about the requirements of the Law.
Now the Ten Commandments were given to point out sin and transgression. It was given to multiply sin; so that we could see the gross sinfulness of sin. Its purpose is to shut every mouth and make the entire world guilty before God. It was given to exalt the free grace of God in Jesus Christ. Sin and death is increased among mankind due to their resistance against the Ten Commandments. Due to sin’s dominion of, death reigns. The increase of sin and the reign of death is a direct result of rebellion against the Law. The law has dominion over human nature as long as it lives; for human nature is dominated by sin and transgressions. The commandments and sin is at war against each other; and man is the casualty.Ten Commandments were ordained by God to be administered by angels. It was instituted by and placed under the jurisdiction of angels.
Angels have the responsibility mete out punishment for transgression against the commandments. This ministry of angels is a ministry of judgment; a ministry of condemnation; a ministry of death. It is their responsibility to answer to God in their mission to uphold the law. That the angels execute judgment and are responsible for the distribution of curses and blessing is evident from the prophets Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Zachariah and others.God told the six angels of vengeance in Ezekiel 9:2 that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand. … and every angel had a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one angel was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar. … And God told the angel, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; and said unto him, Go through the midst … and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that are groaning and mourning for all the abominations that be done in the midst.
To the others angels he … Go ye after through the midst, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they to slay the ancient men in the sanctuary. Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth and slay in the city. Because the iniquity in the sanctuary is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and perverseness: Zechariah lifted up my eyes and looked, and saw a flying scroll! And he told by the angel that “This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole earth. For from now on everyone who steals shall be cut off according to it; and everyone who swears from now on shall be cut off according to it. And it shall go into the house of the transgressors and shall remain within the house until it is destroyed. The Commandments which was spoken by angels was reliable; and every violation and act of disobedience received its just punishment. (Eze 9:1-11; Zec 5:1-4).
The Law of Sin and Death
The principles of sin and death are at work in human nature to bring it into captivity to death; and as such human nature is at war against the commandments of God. It resists God’s commandments. The principle of sin in human nature takes opportunity by the commandment to work all manner lust. Sin takes opportunity to deceive and kill man, because man is under the dominion of sin. Sin takes the opportunity to work death by the commandment; and sin in light of the commandment is made progressively more sinful. Once transgressions are committed, Satan then comes and asks God for permission to hurt, kill or destroy the individual. Romans chapter one verse 20-32 appears to show the progressive degenerative nature of sin as it proceeds to resist the first commandment concerning the Godhead and proceeds to idolatry to the moral replacement/displacement of God’s name to sexual abominations. The law of sin has dominion and holds human nature captive to death. The law of sin is vain and foolish in its reasoning, for it perceives that it is wise, and by its own deception it becomes is a made a fool. It turns from the knowledge and worship of the Godhead to the creation of its own idolatrous deities and religious systems.
The law of sin suppresses the truth. The law of sin changes the glory of God into idolatry. The law of sin changes the truth of God into a lie. Then Satan comes and transfers man’s idolatry into the worship of devils. The worship due only to the One and only blessed Divine Godhead is now directed to Satan. God now gave up man to be imprisoned in uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: They changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, so this cause God imprisoned in vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God now gave up man to be imprisoned by a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; to be filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them, (Rom 1:19-32).
The law of sin knows God, but chooses to ignore God, in order to pursue its own glory and worship of itself as god. Thus, the law of sin is delivered by God over to unclean lust where in which individuals dishonor their bodies between themselves. The consequence of which is sodomy, homosexuality, lesbianism, and all forms of idolatry and corrupt deviant sexual conduct.
The Law of sin is resistance against God; and whosoever resist the commandments, resist the ordinance of God. They that resist shall receive damnation. They shall be made afraid by terror as they see the sword of vengeance. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. For except the Lord shorten those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, which he hath chosen, he hath shorten the days. Isaiah said concerning Israel, though the number of the children of Israel is as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. And as Isaiah said before, except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodom, and been made like unto Gomorrah. The fundamental temptation promoted by the law of sin is to cause men to resist the worship of Jesus Christ as the only true God; to worship idols and then in the end worship Satan as the true God. The temptations of Christ are the still the strategy of Satan: to divert the worship of Men from the One blessed Potentate to himself. Thus, resistance against the Ten Commandments gradually leads one into the worst kind of sexual degradation, defilement and pollution by demons. (Mat 4:1-11; 24:22; Mar 13:20; Luke 4:1-13; Rom 9:27–29).
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law. I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me. Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments. Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously. I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart. Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight. My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law. Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law. I have remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night, and have kept thy law. I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments. The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law. Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments. Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.
Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments. The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law. All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me. Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction. My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law. Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God. It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void thy law. Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law. Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth. They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law. Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth. for I do not forget thy law. I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love. Lord, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments. My soul hath kept thy testimonies; I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my delight. I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments. (Psa 119:1-176)
The Blessings of Obedience
The righteousness of the law: the faith of Jesus Christ is written by the spirit of God in the fleshy tables of the heart. The righteousness of the law is quicken in us by the spirit of God. Quickened means to: (re-) vitalize (literally or figuratively): - make alive, give life. To cause to live, make alive, give life; by spiritual power to arouse and invigorate. To restore to life; to give increase of life: endued with new and greater powers of life Thus the scripture says:
Quicken me and bring me up again from the depths of the earth. Quicken us, and we will call upon thy name. Quicken me according to thy word. Quicken me in thy way. Quicken me in thy righteousness. Quicken me after thy loving kindness. Quicken me, O Lord, according unto thy word. Quicken me according to thy judgment. Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name's sake. For as the Father raises up the dead, and quickens them even so the Son quickens whom he will. It is the spirit that quickens; the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. The Spirit of Christ shall also quicken our mortal bodies. The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quicken spirit. You O Lord have made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life. For you O Lord suffered for sins to bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, You were quickened by the Spirit: (Psa 71:20; 80:18; 119:25, 37, 40, 88, 107, 149, 154, 156, 159; 143:11; Joh 5:21 Joh 6:63; Rom 8:11; 1Co 15:45; 2Co 3:6; 1Pe 3:18 ).
